Meet Sylwia Kulesza – Your Mentor, Coach and Trainer
Sylwia Kulesza, Founder & CEO of Make It Clear, combines international executive experience with a personalised approach to leadership development. An ICF-certified coach, she has spent more than 20 years leading teams, strategy, and transformation across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia – including roles at mBank, Standard Chartered across 22 markets, and Techcombank.
Through training, mentoring, and coaching, she helps leaders and organisations strengthen their presence, communication, and influence, with a particular focus on women in leadership. Her ontological approach explores how language, emotions, and the body shape the way we lead.
Sylwia also leads the MIC Sisterhood, a private global community offering women live coaching, and practical support to succeed while staying true to themselves. She is the author of The Shadow Factory.
