About the coach and trainer
Sylwia Kulesza, Founder & CEO of Make It Clear, is an international senior executive and ICF-certified coach who, over the past 20 years, has driven the success of top banks globally across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
She has delivered strategies and large-scale technology ptransformatons for mBank (Poland), Standard Chartered Bank across 22 markets (from its Singapore headquarters), and Techcombank (Vietnam). She has led change agendas to build and embed new cultures within banks, implementing innovative operating models.
As a professional certified coach, she channels her expertise in team leadership, transformation, and C-level stakeholder management into Make It Clear Services, a practice that helps women elevate their leadership presence and performance.
She also leads the MIC Sisterhood, a private global community for ambitious women who refuse to lose themselves while succeeding – offering live coaching, honest conversations, and practical tools to lead with authenticity and power.
